Residence on Earth (2013)
I began these paintings during a vacation in Isla Negra, the town where Neruda had a house and where he is buried. I had a copy of the first ten poems of Residence on Earth which I read repeatedly. This group of paintings emerged without me being able to control the process. The references to the sea came through the window.
